Quick answer

• On 25 Oct 2026, Trustpilot showed 12 reviews of algo.stockwiz.in in the last 12 months: 8 five-star and 4 one-star. The profile is unclaimed.

• The four one-star reviews raise four themes: losses, prebuilt algos that did not make money, results that differed from screenshots, and costs that benefit the broker.

• Each theme can be tested. Compare orders with your broker tradebook, read the plan and refund terms, and run your strategy in Forward Test before using real capital.

• Most F&O traders lose money on any platform. SEBI reported that 87.7% of individual traders had net losses in FY26. A loss alone does not show a platform failed, and it does not show it worked.

StrykeX has four one-star reviews on Trustpilot. They describe losses, a refund request, differences between screenshots and live results, and costs. This page states each claim fairly and answers it with facts you can check yourself. StrykeX is operated by Stockwiz Technologies LLP, a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (INH000013925).

What do the one-star StrykeX reviews on Trustpilot say?

We read the Trustpilot page for algo.stockwiz.in on 25 Oct 2026. It showed a 3.8 score from 12 reviews. Eight were five stars and four were one star. Nothing was in between.

These are real experiences, and we take them seriously. We cannot see the accounts behind them, so we do not claim to know what happened in each case. What we can do is show how each claim can be tested. Reviewers who want us to look into their case can write through the Stockwiz contact page.

Table of negative StrykeX reviews paired with what can be independently verified: Sep 2026 (spent ~3 months building an algo, didn't earn consistently, wants a refund → check strategy rules, Forward Test results, refund policy), Aug 2026 (lost over ₹50,000, win-rate screenshots don't match live results, cites slippage and dashboard discrepancies → check tradebook against StrykeX order log, slippage per order, P&L vs broker statement), Aug 2026 (claims the platform benefits the broker through brokerage, interest and margin funding → check broker's contract note, brokerage and interest lines, StrykeX plan fee), and Feb 2026 (started with ₹2.5 lakh, ended near ₹1.9 lakh after three months following instructions → check each order against the chosen strategy rules).

What do the one-star StrykeX reviews on Trustpilot say?

Is the claim that 'prebuilt algos lose money' fair?

No strategy, prebuilt or custom, can promise profit, and StrykeX does not claim otherwise. A prebuilt algo is a set of rules. It will make money in some market conditions and lose in others. Every strategy has losing days, weeks and sometimes months.

This is true across the whole market. SEBI's FY26 study found that 87.7% of individual derivatives traders ended with net losses, with total losses of ₹91,685 crore, and that options caused 92% of them, as reported by Business Today. A prebuilt algo does not remove that risk. It only removes manual execution.

The fair test of a prebuilt algo is how it behaves before you deploy it. StrykeX has a Backtest Terminal and Forward Test. Run the algo across several periods, then run it on live data without real capital, and decide only after you have seen drawdowns as well as gains.

What about the review that says live results did not match the screenshots?

Backtests and live trading differ by design. A backtest replays history with ideal fills. Live orders meet spreads, queue position and delays. A screenshot of a good run shows one period, not a promise.

In short, you can measure slippage yourself by comparing each order's expected price with your broker tradebook. If the gap is large and steady, send the evidence to support.

What about the review that says the platform earns more than the trader?

StrykeX's cost to you is the plan fee on the pricing page. On 24 Oct 2026 the Yearly Plan was listed at ₹49,999 a year (about ₹4,166 a month), billed annually and including 18% GST. Brokerage, exchange charges and taxes are separate. They go to your broker, the exchange and the government, and every trader pays them whichever platform they use.

SEBI's FY26 study shows why costs matter. Trading costs took 35% of the gross losses of losing traders and 21% of the gross profits of winning ones, according to Outlook Money's report on the study. Brokerage was 44.3% of all costs. Read Algo Trading Accuracy Percentage: Why It Misleads

What about the review of a loss from ₹2.5 lakh to ₹1.9 lakh?

A fall from ₹2.5 lakh to about ₹1.9 lakh is a loss of about 24%, which is painful. The question is whether the loss came from the strategy rules or from how the platform executed them. These are different problems with different fixes.

  1. Export your broker tradebook for the three months.
  2. List the strategies the account ran and their rules (entry, exit, stop-loss, position size).
  3. Check that each order matches a rule. If it does, the loss came from the strategy in that market. If it does not, that is an execution problem. Send it to support with the order times.
  4. Check position size against capital. Oversized positions turn ordinary drawdowns into large losses, on any platform.

What about refund requests?

Refund terms are on the Stockwiz refund policy page. Read them before you pay.

If you have already asked for a refund, keep a written trail. The steps, including how to escalate to SEBI's SCORES portal, are in StrykeX refund and complaints, step by step.

How should you weigh 4 one-star and 8 five-star reviews?

Take both groups seriously and neither as a verdict. Twelve reviews is a small sample, and Trustpilot notes that this company has not invited customers to review, so the mix may not represent the typical user. The App Store listing for Stryke by Stockwiz showed 4.5 from 174 ratings on 17 Oct 2026. It is a different listing, so do not average the two.

The eight five-star reviews mention ease of use, clear portfolio and trade details, helpful support and the risk system. Several reviewers also warn readers to understand each strategy and manage risk. We agree with that advice. Our own guide, Non-Directional Option Strategies in India: Payoffs in ₹

Did people lose money using StrykeX?

Some reviewers say they did. Losses are common in F&O trading on any platform. The useful question is whether orders matched the strategy rules you chose. Compare your broker tradebook with your strategy rules and send any mismatch to support.

Can I get a refund from StrykeX?

Refunds are governed by the Stockwiz refund policy. Read the policy before you pay and keep written records of any request.

Are StrykeX screenshots misleading?

A screenshot shows one account over one period and is not a promise of future results. Treat any backtest or screenshot as a simulation or a single example, and check results yourself in Forward Test before you use real capital.

Is StrykeX a scam?

Check it rather than trust anyone's opinion, including ours. Stockwiz Technologies LLP is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (INH000013925), which you can confirm on SEBI's website. Read the refund policy, and test strategies in Forward Test before paying.

Is StrykeX legit?

One review or screenshot cannot prove that a platform is legitimate, so check it yourself. StrykeX is operated by Stockwiz Technologies LLP, a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (INH000013925).
