StrykeX Complaints: Every Issue Raised in 2025–26, and How We Resolved It

StrykeX/Stockwiz users have raised concerns in five recurring areas: pricing structure, accuracy expectations for F&O signals, onboarding and lifetime-plan clarity, support response times, and the overall SEBI complaint count. As on 31 August 2026, our published disclosure shows 34 complaints received since inception and all 34 resolved, with zero pending — a rate of 0.12% across 28,344 clients served. Below is what each theme is really about and the direct, honest answer to it.

Most companies would rather you never went looking for a page like this. We think the opposite: if a question keeps coming up — in our own support inbox, on SEBI's SCORES platform, or anywhere else — you deserve a direct answer from us, not a version filtered through someone else's incentives.

So here is exactly what people ask about most, and the honest answer to each — including the numbers, which are good, and checkable.

FAQ table covering the five most-asked StrykeX questions: pricing and its two fee components, accuracy vs real F&O results, onboarding and lifetime plan clarity, support response times, and rising SEBI complaint count with resolution rate.

The Five Things People Ask About Most

“Why Am I Paying Two Separate Fees?”

This is a fair question, and it deserves an accurate answer rather than a guess on our part. Rather than assert here exactly what each fee covers or why the structure is set up the way it is, that detail belongs on our dedicated pricing explained page and the current plans and pricing page, sourced directly rather than summarised secondhand. What we can say without guessing: brokerage, STT, GST and other statutory charges are always separate from any platform subscription and are billed directly by your broker (Dhan) — that is simply how Indian broker charges work, for any platform.

“Does an Accuracy Number Mean I'll Make Money?”

No, and this is worth being completely direct about. An accuracy or hit-rate figure describes how often a signal or strategy hit its target under a stated methodology and sample period — it is not a return, and it says nothing on its own about the size of wins versus losses. A strategy can have a high accuracy figure and still lose money if the occasional loss is large enough. Any accuracy claim StrykeX makes should come with its methodology, sample period, and drawdown context stated alongside it. F&O losses remain possible regardless of any strategy’s historical hit rate — that is simply the nature of trading, not a flaw specific to any one platform.

“What Does 'Lifetime Access' Actually Cover?”

“Lifetime” plans cause genuine confusion across software in general, not just here — the word can mean different things depending on the provider, and assuming it covers everything indefinitely is an easy, understandable mistake. Rather than state what it means for StrykeX specifically without checking, the accurate, current answer belongs on the dedicated plan page — see What 'Lifetime Access' Actually Includes in StrykeX for the confirmed inclusion and exclusion list, and confirm directly with support before you buy if anything is unclear.

“Why Did Support Take a While to Respond?”

We won't guess at the specific reason for any individual case without checking internally first. What we can tell you plainly is the escalation path: if a first response is slower than you'd expect, contact our Compliance Officer, Parang Mehta (parang@stockwiz.in), directly rather than continuing to wait.

“Why Has the Complaint Count Gone Up?”

This is the one theme we can answer with hard numbers rather than general reasoning. Annual complaints received: 0 in 2022–23, 0 in 2023–24, 7 in 2024–25, 17 in 2025–26, and 10 so far in 2026–27. Read on its own, a rising count can look like a rising problem.

Read alongside resolution, the picture is different: every complaint across that entire period has been resolved. 2024–25 closed with 6 of 7 resolved (1 carried into the next year); 2025–26 closed with 18 resolved against 17 received, clearing that carry-forward; and 2026–27 stands at 10 received, 10 resolved, zero pending. Rising volume alongside a client base that has also grown, with resolution holding at effectively 100%, is a different story from complaints piling up unaddressed.

Frequently asked questions

What do people complain about most with StrykeX?

Five recurring themes: the two-fee pricing structure, accuracy expectations versus real F&O results, onboarding and lifetime-plan clarity, support response times, and the overall complaint count. Each is answered directly above.

Has StrykeX resolved all its complaints?

As on 31 August 2026, yes — 34 complaints received since inception, all 34 resolved, zero pending, across 28,344 clients (0.12%).

Why has StrykeX's complaint count increased over time?

Volume has risen alongside client base growth (7 in FY24-25, 17 in FY25-26, 10 so far in FY26-27), while the resolution rate has stayed effectively 100% throughout.

Does a high accuracy figure mean guaranteed profits?

No. Accuracy measures a hit rate under a stated methodology, not a return, and does not guarantee future results.

How do I escalate an unresolved issue?

Contact Support team first. If the issue remains unresolved, escalate it to Compliance Officer, Parang Mehta, at parang@stockwiz.in.

What is 'verified P&L' and how does it relate to accuracy claims?

Verified P&L means performance is based on actual trade data from your own Broker account, not self-reported numbers or backtested simulations. Any accuracy or performance figure should make clear whether it refers to backtested results (a historical simulation) or verified P&L (real, completed trades) — conflating the two is exactly the kind of confusion behind this complaint theme.
