No-Code Algo Trading Platforms in India (2026): StrykeX Compared with Eight Others on Testing, Price and Compliance

StrykeX gives Indian traders a no-code strategy builder, unlimited backtest credits and a trading course in one yearly plan. This page compares it with eight other no-code algo platforms, using each company's own pages read on 3 Oct 2026.

Your choice depends on your broker, how many strategies you run and whether you build or deploy.

How were these nine platforms compared?

StrykeX comes first because it is our product. The other eight follow in alphabetical order, not as a ranking. We used only what each company shows on its own pages, read on 3 Oct 2026. For Stratzy we used its App Store listing and blog, because its home page did not load.

What does no-code algo trading mean in India?

No-code algo trading means you set entry, exit and risk rules through menus, templates or plain language, and the platform places orders at your broker. Builders let you design rules, ready-made platforms let you deploy someone else's strategy, and signal bridges execute alerts from other tools.

All three work inside SEBI's retail algo framework, covered in SEBI Algo Trading Regulations 2026: The Complete Guide for Retail Traders. If you are unsure whether you need code at all, see How to Build an Algo Trading Strategy (No Coding): StrykeX Builder Tutorial (2026).

Why do traders choose StrykeX?

StrykeX's pricing page lists these features in one Yearly Plan. Each one has a practical benefit.

  • Fully automatic trading: once your rules are set, orders go through your broker account automatically.
  • Custom Strategy Builder, no code: you set entry, exit and risk rules through menus instead of writing code.
  • Backtest Terminal with unlimited backtest credits: you can test many versions of a rule without watching a credit balance.
  • 100+ indicators and 30+ pre-built algo strategies: start from a ready strategy or build your own.
  • Equity, futures and options, with an Options Wizard: one plan covers all three segments.
  • Advanced Algo Trading Course and Forward Test: you learn the method and try a strategy in a Forward Test before you go live.
  • Payment and standing: No Cost EMI on credit cards and UPI EMI are listed, and StrykeX is empanelled with NSE and BSE.

How do the platforms compare on testing and price?

StrykeX lists unlimited backtest credits, while AlgoTest and uTrade Algos meter backtests with credits.

Comparison table of algo platform testing and pricing: StrykeX (unlimited backtest credits + Forward Test, ₹79,999/year or ₹6,499/month incl. GST), AlgoTest (25 free backtests weekly then credit-based, ₹399–₹4,999 credit packs), Streak (backtest and virtual deployment, free for Zerodha customers), and uTrade Algos (credit-based backtest and forward test, ₹99–₹4,999/month plus GST).

What do the platforms state about NSE, BSE and SEBI registration?

StrykeX states both NSE and BSE empanelment and shows a SEBI Research Analyst number. Table 2 lists each page we read that makes such a statement.

For AlgoMojo, AlgoTest, Quantman, Streak and Tradetron, the text we read on 3 Oct 2026 does not list an empanelment statement or a SEBI number. Streak is offered by a broker.

To check empanelment, open NSE's empanelled algo providers page, whose downloadable list was marked ‘Updated on: 22/09/2026’ on 3 Oct 2026, and search the company name.

Table comparing regulatory statements across algo platforms: StrykeX (NSE/BSE empanelled, BSE Enlistment 5940, SEBI-registered Research Analyst INH000013925), AlgoBulls (NSE, BSE & MCX empanelled), Stratzy (SEBI number INH000009180), and uTrade Algos (empanelled NSE and BSE algo vendor).

What did SEBI's 4 February 2025 circular change for platform users?

It made brokers the principal and algo providers their agents, and set conditions for API access, order tagging and registration. Key lines, from a mirror copy of the circular text:

  • Accountability: brokers “shall be the principal” and the provider “shall act as its agent”.
  • API access: only through “a unique vendor client specific API key and static IP whitelisted by the broker”, with “two factor authentication”.
  • Tagging: algo orders must carry “a unique identifier provided by Stock Exchange”, the Algo-ID.
  • Black-box providers must “Register as a Research Analyst and maintain a detailed research report for each such algo”.

What do traders ask before paying for a platform?

Is StrykeX's yearly price higher than a monthly plan? On sticker price, yes: uTrade Algos' Essentials plan is ₹499 a month, or ₹5,988 over 12 months before GST, against ₹79,999 a year on StrykeX. The StrykeX price covers a wider bundle: unlimited backtest credits, a course, 100+ indicators and three segments. If you will run one or two simple strategies, compare the per-strategy figures first.

Ask any platform these questions in writing:

  1. Who sets the strategy, you or the provider, and is the logic white-box or black-box?
  2. Is the provider on NSE's empanelled list, and a registered Research Analyst if it sells black-box algos?
  3. Does it support your broker?
  4. What is the monthly cost per live strategy, including GST, brokerage and any API fee?
  5. Can you forward test before going live, and what happens if something fails?

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best no-code algo trading platform in India?

There is no single answer, and this page does not rank platforms. StrykeX suits traders who want a no-code builder, unlimited backtest credits and a course in one yearly plan, and the verdict above says when each other platform fits. The right choice depends on your broker, budget and whether you build or deploy.

Can I do algo trading without coding in India?

Yes. Several platforms let you set rules through menus, templates or plain language, and the platform places orders at your broker. StrykeX's Custom Strategy Builder works this way. You still need to understand the rules, because you carry the market risk.

How much does a no-code algo platform cost in India?

Prices on the pages read on 3 Oct 2026 ran from no fee for Zerodha customers on Streak (per Zerodha's post of 17 Jan 2024) to ₹9,000 a month on Tradetron's highest plan. StrykeX's Yearly Plan is ₹79,999 a year, billed annually, and includes unlimited backtest credits. Check each pricing page before you pay.

How do I check if an algo platform is empanelled with NSE?

Open NSE's empanelled algo providers page, download the linked list and search for the company's name. On 3 Oct 2026 the list was marked as updated on 22/09/2026. StrykeX states that it is empanelled with NSE and BSE, but a company's own claim is not a substitute for the list.

Is Zerodha Streak free?

Zerodha's post of 17 Jan 2024 said all its customers get unlimited access to Streak at no subscription cost. Brokerage still applies and limits can change, so confirm in the app.
